Shipping Policy
DDP shipping rates, supported delivery routes, duties-included wording, and estimated delivery times for research-use orders.

Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated by destination and box count. Product quantity in the cart is treated as the box count; quantity 2 means 2 boxes. Orders with 1-4 boxes use the base shipping fee, and every additional 1-4 boxes adds USD 20.

Duties and supported destinations
Product price plus shipping is the total amount paid by the customer. For supported routes, this total includes DDP customs clearance, import and export duties, and door-to-door delivery.
Checkout is available only for supported shipping destinations. Sensitive or special destinations are excluded from the supported Europe route. For destinations not available at checkout, contact support before ordering.
Timing and exceptions
Estimated transit times may vary due to customs review, carrier delays, peak-season volume, address issues, or destination-specific requirements. Customers should provide accurate recipient, company, billing, shipping, and contact information so the order can be reviewed and fulfilled without avoidable delay.
